Shortness of Breath-- kinda.

For the last few days-- and this is probably the weather, I feel like I am having a little trouble breathing. Not necessarily shortness of breath, but just regular breaths don't feel like enough-- does that make sense? It's almost a little heavy in my chest, and then I also have this tightness in my throat-- almost like a little naus.

I have been a little stuffy and even since before this "breathing problem", needing to sleep with Breathe Right strips every night.

Is this just allergies and humidity? Or has this happened to anyone else?

It's making me feel pretty crappy.

it happened to me - but not until week 10 or so. it could just be b/c of the humidity or allergies.
