I guess I am in the minority. but I would paint them. I like white better. We have wood colored in our MB and everyone comments on how nice it is and I hate it - can't wait to paint it!
If you are doing white crown molding. I think that it will flow better if the window frames match.
i agree. If you weren't doing white crown molding then I would say leave it. But I am all for the white and white.

I just replaced all of my windows and painted them for all the reasons described above. It took me two months to decide.

I'd go with all white. It just looks brighter and cleaner to me.
We redid one of our rentals in white - all door frames, doors and window frames were painted white or replaced with white where necessary.
old kitchen & door frame to deck
this tenant had no kitchen curtains
current kitchen and dining area
old bathroom
updated bathroom
old living room
new living room
old hallway (mid renovation)
new hallway
