Should I return the gifts I bought for DS's therapists?
Tyler has 3 therapists that have been with us since July. He is doing amazing so I wanted to buy them something nice for a holiday gift. I bought each of them a Vera Bradley bag...the Betty, each in a fabric I thought fit their personality. They always have so much stuff with them so I figured they can use it to throw some of their stuff in since they are traveling most of the day.
Now that I am seeing so many people on here give gift cards or prefer gift cards, I am wondering if I should return them and get gift cards?  To be honest, I am not a fan of giving gift cards. I like putting a lot of thought into picking out a gift for someone.

no, don't return them! vera bradleys are great bags. i am a teacher and i personally love them and use them to tote all my things to school. i would LOVE a gift like that from a parent. how thoughtful and unique!

I would not return them at this point.
They all use many bags for toys, papers, etc.. All bags are a good gift.
I like GC because it does not involve wondering who likes what and does not like. We have 7 therapists, a social worker and a school class teacher. I have to go for "easy".

No, do not return them! I used to love those types of gifts more than GC's when I was an EI therapist. That is very thoughtful of you.

Thanks everyone! I'll keep them then.
I got them on sale almost 40% off online and couldnt pass them up. I figured they are big enough to throw alot of their stuff in.

We have given Vera Bradley bags to a few of the teachers at DD#1's elementary school and they all loved them.

It's a great gift..definitely give it..it will be very much appreciated!
I give gift cards to the daycare teachers but for the ones I know well I also give an extra gift...last year the two teachers received coach change wallets and this year I got them a magazine subscription gift (they can select a subscription among 40).

I completely agree! I would not return them! Therapists spend a lot of time with children and definitely deserve something nice. I am sure they will appreciate them!

I wouldn't return them. I got VB's for our therapists. Ones they can use for lunch sacks.
