Sick and pregnant....not a good mix!
I was fine all weekend. I saw friends, relaxed, got plenty of sleep and whamo, woke up this morning with such a sore throat and my ears plugged up and now congestion is starting. Being sick and pregnant S U C K S!!! I already called my Dr and they only recommended Robitussin, but not the CF/DM stuff, so that won't help me.
I'm resting and drinking lots of fluids. What else can I do? I hate being sick!

I always like to try to boost my green tea intake for the antioxidants.

Umm... I'd better not get sick now!!
LOL, you can try the saline drops for congestion, tylenol for the sore throat. And get as much sleep as you can!
It totally sucks being sick!

when i was sick while pregnant i made sure to rest, drink teas & soup, and use the neti-pot.
it really does stink when your sick & preggers. feel better.

I feel for you...I have been sick 2x's and is totally sux! I hope you feel better soon.
Try the Neti Pot for congestion, it helps and/or vicks steam.

I drank tons and tons of oj, slept, took many hot showers, and just stayed in for the past 4 days... it really helped
