Re: silly ? but where do you store bread?
On the counter normally, but the last month or so, in the freezer. We never seem to use it in time, so I bought a new loaf, put it in there and we "thaw" it when we need a piece.

same here... if I don't freeze it, the majority of the loaf will go to waste

Re: silly ? but where do you store bread?
in the fridge- i hate that it tastes more 'dried out' if you eat it right away, but, like the other girls said- too many loaves go to waste b/c we dont eat them quick enough

Re: silly ? but where do you store bread?
I tend to keep it on the counter but I know it goes bad quicker...sometimes I have it in the fridge but I don't like eating it cold for a sandwich. like it better when it's room temp.

That's exactly me! We're either the counter or the pantry.

Re: silly ? but where do you store bread?
I usually buy 2 loaves and put one on top of the fridge and the other goes into the freezer.

In the fridge, I dont really like it cold but if we leave it out - esepcially in the summer - its get moldy so fast!
