my dad used to freeze the bread and i hated the way it tasted defrosted....

fridge, but we don't eat alot of bread. We usually get fresh rolls everyday.

we have a Bread Buddy
its like a tupperware type container that you put the bread in and it stays fresh and never gets moldy
we even went away and I forgot that I left bread in there for almost 11 days and it was still good..
it cost like $5 for the bread buddy

sometimes I'll freeze half the loaf and put the other half in the fridge during warmer weather. It seems to last longer that way!
