I've gone there maybe 6 times, and you know what, I never had any cheesecake 
I always stop after my ginormous salad.... enough to feed a small village...  I could guess that I would like a classic chocolate cheesecake... one that's more cheesy than fudgy... I don't like things that are too sweet..
