For what it's worth, on two different occasions my son had his frenulum cut and one of his testicles removed  and I have to say that the recovery was really quick. Like almost not even a day. Really the first day after each he was sleepy from the anesthesia and the tylenol/codeine. Shortly thereafter he was acting normal, eating normal, etc. So the worst part is over...now you can go home and snuggle with him.
