Same here! I try to get up a lot, take walks to the mail room, etc. I also feel when I hunch over while typing or something I get so uncomfortable so I try to make a conscious effort to sit up straight.
Also, I have a box under my desk to elevate my feet.

i know this is going to sound funny but its been working... since dd is sitting on a nerve under my ribs and my back have been going numb if i sit for more then 30 min.. so i spread my legs as wide as possible and lean forward to relieve some pressure from my back

I keep changing positions when I sit. I can't sit still or my body goes numb. I try to walk as much as possible.

It's the same for me, I try to get up and walk around the office often but it doesn't matter, I am still so uncomfortable especially after I eat lunch! I am afraid of what it is going to be like in a few weeks.

Re: sitting is starting to become uncomfortable at 30 weeks
sitting at my desk is unbearable for me even when I take lots of breaks. so much so that at 36 weeks tomorrow is my last day at work.

YES. I have to sit further back now, of course. I have to lean to the right otherwise my left hip goes numb. And the rash on my stomach is itchy & burning and if my stomach is touching my desk I get all irritated!
