I make her chicken rollatini, chicken quesades, fajitas, black bean salad, chicken argula salad. Her desserts are gross, but her food receipes are real good.

skinnytaste recipes
The greek turkey meatballs are awesome and of course you need to make her tzaziki with them! I also like her dijon pork chops. Another fave is the santa fe chicken served with her corn salad and cilantro lime rice.

I have made a lot of the recipes, and liked them. Here's a few I can think of offhand:
The rice ball casserole
The cheesy spaghetti squash with spinach
Any of the chicken rolls (chicken cordon bleu, jalapeno popper chicken, etc.)
Slow cooker pulled pork
Tuna casserole
Black bean and corn salad
Baked oatmeal
