"Sleeping bag"/Blankets for Day Care
I'm going to be starting my 2 year old daughter at day care.
I want to get some kind of a blanket/sleeping bag thing to put on the mat for nap time.
I've seen some on Amazon and TRU but not sure of the quality. I want to make sure its plush.
Does anyone have one to recommend?
TIA!

At our day care they nap on cots. We provide a sheet that the cot is covered with, they wash them weekly, we never have to take it home. We also send in a blanket that DS uses and we bring that home each wknd to clean.

We have cots too at our daycare. No sheet though. There is a fabric thing that is on them that the daycare washes and we bring the blanket home weekly for washing or more often if needed.

Check with your day care. If they have cots, you would just bring in a blanket for them

My previous daycare did cots, current does mats I bring in a crib sheet and they cover the mat and then she has a blanket. I thought about the sleeping bag but I thought it would be a pain to wash each week.

Re: "Sleeping bag"/Blankets for Day Care
hmmm I thought about the washing but I wasn't sure if sheet would be plush enough. She's only ever napped in her crib (or car) so on a bed so I thought that mat may be uncomfortable. The day care we're going to does mats, not cots. She recently started sleeping wtih a blanket so I wanted to make sure she has something similar to home.
