sleeping on the left side
Im 26 weeks is it REALLLY bad that I dont sleep on the left all the time? ....with my first I was always on my left and so very very uncomfortable.... Im trying but it is so hard!

I rarely slept on my left side. It made me nauseous. When I went to L & D, the on call doctor told me it wasn't necessary. Even while I was in labor I laid mostly on my right side....DS was fine as was I....

I just sleep how I am comfortable. I always fall asleep on my left side, but sometimes I wake up on my right or even my back.

You can really sleep on either side...the left one is just better for circulation. I have to toss and turn all night because my hips just hurt too much on one side.

You can sleep on either side. I try to sleep on my left when the swelling in my ankles is very bad. Other that that - i sleep any way i can get comfortable at this point
