Sleeping Positions

When does your sleep position really matter? I wake up on my back a lot and I know that's not really good but is it bad when you don't even really have a belly yet?

I am just concerned because it seems I wake up with AF like cramps lately. Once I am up they go away. Lack of water during the night? Position? Chat Icon It's very unsettling to get the cramping in week 13.

I am a bit concerned too..I noticed that when I roll over in bed sometimes I get these sharp pains...

I just asked the doc the other day about the cramping at this stage and he said ..dont worry kid may be having a growth spurt....

Re: Sleeping Positions

I had all this here and there ... it's nothing to be concerned about. Trust me it doesn't get any better either. I'm 38 weeks and have been up since 3 am because of severe pain. Get as much as sleep as you can while you can.

Oh my god, the same thing happens to me!!!!!, if feels like a cramp after you have been running for 3 miles, it goes away after a 2-3 seconds.

Re: Sleeping Positions

I'm a back sleeper and wasn't really concerned until around 6-7 months. Even now at 33 weeks, I still wake up on my back from time to time...
