Snow day cooking/baking plans?
Anybody making anything good?
I was fortunate enough to stay in yesterday so I made pulled pork and focaccia bread. I'm thinking about doing sugar cookies today since we devoured the batch I made this weekend and I didn't get to share them thanks to the snow. Also maybe broccoli cheddar soup.

Brownies, lasagna, meatballs, pinwheels...that's all for now.

Re: Snow day cooking/baking plans?
Last night I made a pork roast with herbs and potatoes, and roasted asparagus.
Today, I have a homemade pot of chicken noodle soup going on the stove, and for dinner, I plan to make Cooking Light's lemon pepper shrimp with orzo recipe, my go-to for a healthier shrimp scampi recipe.
Trying to stay away from baking as I am trying to get back into healthier eating post-holidays, and my freezer is alreadys stocked with a few types of healthy homemade muffins!

Re: Snow day cooking/baking plans?
So far I've made fudgy brownie cookies, coconut cakes, meatloaf, cheesy broccoli bites, and seasoned rice.
Tonight, maybe homemade pizzas or soup.

Thank you! I really do love to cook... I am so addicted to the food boards on Pinterest! And I find myself posting a lot of recipes on my real estate Facebook age ... But I tell myself that cooking and entertaining is home related, and real estate is about homes, lol!
