Yes Chat Icon Chat Icon

We have lived here for a year and 2 two weeks. And I still have some boxes but I need to furniture to put that stuff in (we had a built in china cabinet in the old house.

I will say that we had a lot unpacked the first 6 months but i was very hard because we moved when my daughter was 1 week old and my son was 15 months and we didn't have family to help watch them.

It takes time to think where everything needs to be and chances are you will rearange it anyway a few times. GL

We still have things in boxes and we're in the house 7 months. The majority of stuff is unpacked, but some of it is stuff we just don't know what to do with yet.

First off I want to thank you all for your advice.

My DW decided to take off today so that she can run some errands and put more stuff away while im at the office. I find it a bit harder to get everything put away because its been so darn hot. We dont have CAC yet but its on the very top of our priority list of things that need to get done.

We have some furniture coming this weekend and my folks are going to be coming by so I really want to get as much put away before Sunday...

Moved in over 2 years ago……still have some boxes that I never unpacked (I might've picked through them for things I needed, but never actually unpacked everything). We're doing so much ongoing work to this house, some things just won't come out until we're totally done. But as for when we first moved in, the bare necessities were out of their boxes in the first few days, and then I'd say it took 3-4 weeks to unpack all the boxes we needed to be unpacked (all kitchen items, bathroom, clothing).

We moved into our house 2 years ago & we still have boxes left to unpack. We have hung some pictures but there are still plenty of empty walls. We still have to paint. Chat Icon But in our defense we have to get someone to skim the walls has the previous owner made tons of holes when hanging pictures.
