So I am in Pet Smart tonight...
DH, DS and I were all in Pet Smart tonight because we had to get cat food.
I was showing DS the birds in the cages and all of a sudden I see one of the little birds is stuck in the door of the cage!  It looks like when they closed the cage door he got his wing stuck in between the bars and couldn't get out. The poor thing was just sitting there, couldn't move.
So I go run to the front of the store and tell the checkout guy that there is a bird stuck in the cage. He calls someone on the speaker to go to that section and we are standing there waiting and nobody comes! 
So of course in my mind we have a little birdie emergency and I'm wondering why everyone isn't running over! So I go find 2 guys over by the fish and I swear they were like 12 or something. I tell them to hurry there is a bird stuck... they follow me over and say "really" (not in a very "we have an emergency" kind of way).
So I say um, yeah. They ask where the bird is and I point to it and both the guys go "Oh sh1t!"
Needless to say they now realized I wasn't kidding and they figured out a way to get the bird out and save the day!  All in a day's work!
