So I got hit last night by a DRUNK DRIVER
Last night I was driving home from work about 5:20 on Hempstead Tpke I got slammed in the rearend by a 17 year old DRUNK DRIVER ... YES 17 YEARS OLD. He tried telling the cops he wasnt drunk but he couldnt even walk the yellow line in the road. He got arrested and his car was taken away from him. I felt terrible b/c his mom had to watch him be taken away but he should learn his lesson now. I am so lucky I didnt get badly hurt my neck and back are really bad saw a doctor this morning but other than that I am okay and thank god DD was not in the car either.

 So glad you are okay. That kid is lucky it wasn't a worse situation. Thankfully, he will lose his license until he is 21 so he has a few years to think about what he has done!!

I am so glad you are okay!!
I am pretty sure that kid will lose his license until after he's 21 -- there's a zero tolerance law in Nassau for underage drunk drivers still, right?

If MY mother or worse, FATHER saw that he would have grabbed the cops nightstick and BEAT me with it.

OMG.. thank god you are ok!! I can't believe you were hit by a drunk driver and someone UNDERAGE.. I seriously hope there's a major lesson learned for him. His mother must be so proud
