I've been trying to get a 3rd certification and had all the requirements except the CST. I took it and failed several times, each time by less than 5 points. So when I took it in October, I was being a baby and didn't check my results. Since I never got a paper copy of the new certification, I figured I failed and went online to register for the test again, since today was the last day to register for the February test. I registered and paid, then decided to check my results, to see what could improve on. Turns out I PASSED. I immediately called them to see if I could get a refund, but according to their policy, I'll only get a refund of 40 dollars out of the 80 I paid, even if I was registered for the exam for less than 10 minutes!

I mean, I know it's my fault for being a baby and not following up with the results, but really??? It was only 10 minutes, not even. As I pointed out to the woman, I was on hold for longer than I was registered for the test!

It's all such a money scam. And now since my school wants a copy of my certifcation, I have to now pay to get a paper copy, since they now don't print certifcations.Chat Icon
