so mad at Verizon......supposed to get my FIOS today
They come knocking on my door at 8:45 to tell me thay can't install today and someone will contact me.
So I call and they have no record of a problem, and after further investigation, they need to rechedule my......in 3 WEEKS!!!!!!! 
Ummm why do I have to wait 3 weeks because you made a mistake?
And of course the supervisor was not available so i left a message....let's see if he calls back.
This is bullshiit
