So my husband is a master electrician but you would NEVER KNOW IT! UGH!
Ok so why is it that my husband is an electrician, has is masters electricians license, is a foreman in local 3 and yet..
We have 2 lightbulbs out in the ceiling fan, the one over the stove is out, the porch light blew last night and of course the christmas lights were falling off the house second day they were up??????????????
I mean come on now! I dont ask you to do much...you can wire an entire school but yet cant make sure your wife and baby have light at home??????? UGH MEN!!!!!!

Becasue the shoemaker's kids didn't have shoes!
My dad owns 3 AC companies across the country. For 10 years (YES 10 YEARS) we had no airconditioning in the house. Finally my mother called his competitor and had it installed.

I feel your pain.
My Local 3 DH didn't do the lights on the Christmas tree this year. He said "I don't know how to do them." (exact quote)
I'm sure if he could wire a subway tunnel & a (*@#!@ power plant, he could put lights on a tree.

My electrician DH has yet to replace the light bulbs in my vanity in the bathroom. I can barely see my face when putting on makeup.
