I had a scare a few years ago for lymphoma. After numerous tests, it turned out to be a virus too. for the same results for you!
I didn't want to tell anyone because then it made it "real" and I didn't want them to worry. I think you should share it with your parents. It's one thing to be so scared. It's another thing to be scared alone. Please consider sharing the information with them. You need support - even if it's that huge hug of relief & tears of joy that you're fine.
