So tired! Worst night of sleep so far.

I woke up at 3:30am with bad reflux and had to go to the bathroom. I sipped some water, ate a few tums, went to the bathroom and propped myself up on a wedge pillow to try curb the reflux.

Then baby went crazy. It felt like she was having a party in there, constant movement and one of her kicks actually made the bed shake. I gave up and got up and cleaned the bathroom, and walked around a bit, finally she stopped and at about 5:30 I went back to sleep for an hour.

I think she misses her Daddy snoring, he's away for the week and I'm wondering if his snoring, while it annoys me, helps lull her to sleep. It's actually a good thing he wasn't there because I didn't have to worry about waking him up.

My doc prescribed zantac and it has been a lot easier to sleep since (although the pains are still there, the reflux was so bad at night and would keep me up and crying for hours.) I Chat Icon my zantac.

I noticed that when I have my upper body elevated (I put my snoogle on my pillow) the heartburns, indigestion and reflux, all go away...you should definitely try this and I'm sure it'll help!Chat Icon
