Something you might want to keep in mind when crib shopping.
For any of you ladies that plan to have another baby soon after the first one here is something you might want to keep in mind when crib shopping. Now that AJ is almost 9 months and I am 27 weeks preggo it is almost impossible for me to get him in his crib now that we lowered the mattress.
Here is a pic of his crib.....the problem is that the front isnt flat. Because the middle is so high I only have the ends to work with and it isnt easy at all.
If you plan on having another babe soon after this one you might want a flat front crib.
Sorry pic isnt showing up, but if you look in my nursery album you can see what I mean.

I agree!!! I have trouble laying her into the crib also. My belly is too big to reach over!

Interesting to keep in mind! Thanks for sharing that, I bet no one would think of that. The ones I have my eye on have a flat front anyway, so that's good!

oh, I see now what you mean by the front is not flat....
you know what I would do in your situation? I'd temporarily turn the crib 90 degrees so you can reach into the crib from the foot or head where it's flat.....
luckily, our crib is flat... I never thought of that situation!
