Sorry if this is TMI but hoping someone can give advice
I'm about 5 weeks pregnant (first pregnancy)... I've had extremely light cramping (my stomach more so feels like I'm full from eating) and noticed light spotting today (after an extremely stressful day at work). I called the Dr. and she wants me to come in for blood work tomorrow.
Has this happened to anyone? Is it normal? I'm praying everything is ok.

Sorry if this is TMI but hoping someone can give advice
I spotted from weeks 5-10. I had more pulling than cramping. Try to relax. I know that is easier said then done.

That's basically what it feels like. Not really cramps but more pulling.

Exactly what the girls said above. All very common. Try to relax, the blood work will just confirm what you know already. Happy and healthy 9 months! Come join us on the pregnancy board

I started spotting at 5w5d and did the bw the next day and 2 days later... the spotting got worse while I was waiting for the results, which unfortunately confirmed the it "didn't stick" according to the doctors office. I still haven't had a full bleed or anything heavy, but I did start getting some cramps and back pain today.

I bled all throughout my first tri...not quite period but more than just a bit of spotting. In fact, I went to the hospital I was so worried and after the sonogram where they said everything was fine blood came pouring out of my vagina and a clot fell on the floor when i stood up to get dressed. I thought for sure I was having my second mc...but my son will be 22 months in a week.
