Sorry to crash, but I have an IVF question
For those that have been thru IVF, after the transfer, are there any restrictions? Like are you not permitted to do things?

The general rule of thumb is that you're supposed to act as though you're already pregnant:
-not supposed to lift more than like 8lbs (or something like that- though if you have a child I've also heard that if you usually pick them up you can continue to do that)
- don't submerge your lower 1/2 in water (at least for the first week... though I never do in my 2ww b/c I'm over cautious- it's just showers lol)
I'm sure there are others.... someone else will add I'm sure.

Yeah, that includes anything that YOU may have to do as well. I told this to DH, he didn't buy it

My doctor likes to have you on bedrest for 48 hours...
No sex, no alcohol, no heavy lifting (10+ lbs), no exercise.
