I have a pair of high waisted shaping brief spanx that I plan to wear under my dress for a wedding tomorrow. I'm also planning to wear pantyhose.
Should I wear the spanx over or under the hose?

depends how tight they are. if you plan on wearing underwear, i would wear them over the pantyhose in case they are too tight and u want to take them off ( this has happened to me)
if you are wearing them AS underwear, then def under your pantyhose

I was planning to wear underwear. Thanks!
I'm 12 weeks pp so the last thing I want to do is squeeze my jiggly self into a dress, but I'm hoping the spanx and hose will help make me look somewhat put together and human.

I wear them over stockings if I am wearing stockings. I feel lie the stockings won't go over the thicker spanks as well.
They also make Spanx stockings.
