speeding ticket question
my husband got a speeding ticket in Staten Island.. He has a New Jersey license. Will he get points on his license?

I had one on my NY license and when we ran our driving records for the NJ license, it wasn't on there. I don't know if it was a mistake but mine didn't transfer.

Yes, NY and NJ participate in the Drivers compact. There are a lot of states that this will happen in.
