does anyone put spinach layers in their lasagna? Do you use fresh spinach leaves or do you use frozen chopped spinach?

Re: Spinach in Lasagna

I usually thaw and drain frozen chopped spinach, then mix that with the ricotta. Then I just use the ricotta as the recipe calls for.

I usually like to mix in black pepper and crushed red pepper with the spinach and ricotta too Chat Icon

I love these! They are easier to serve.
