Spinach pizza

Stupid question.....should I cook the spinach first then put on pizza or just wash it and put on pizza? It's fresh spinach in a bag.

Re: Spinach pizza

I always just wash and put it on, since it tends to wilt in either cooking process.

You really could do either depending on the taste you want.

Last night I actually made spinach pizza. I sauteed the spinach in evoo and garlic, put it on naan and topped it with turkey bacon and fresh mozz. It was fantastic and only around 450 calories
