Spinoff---how many strollers do you have?

And why do you have more than one? (meaning why did you purchase others?)

I only have one- Peg Perego Pliko 3.... I never really thought about buying another... but now I would like something a little lighter....

Re: Spinoff---how many strollers do you have?

I have four

Snap and Go (barely used since he was out of the infant car seat at 2 months)

Metrolite - my regular stroller

Maclaren - my lightweight stroller

Jogger - my mom spent like $400 on this jogger for my aunt 4 years ago and she didn't use it once. They passed it over to me! My mother said for the money she paid someone had better well use it! Chat Icon

I am truly not in love with any of my strollers. The Metrolite is a good one - but next time around I'm def. getting something different.

Re: Spinoff---how many strollers do you have?

I have the Snap N Go which has been great when out and about

Inglesina Zippy - right now we're still using it with the bassinet top for walks but Ryan is outgrowing it (he actually flips over and lays on his belly and that's how we stroll him Chat Icon )

Maclaren Volo - for later - a lightweight umbrella stroller

I have an Inglesina Zippy that I use every day. I also have a bassinet that attaches to my Ingleisna Zippy to turn it into a carriage for when your baby is younger.
I liked the bassinet attachment because I really felt my DS waswell protected when I took him for walks. It also kep people from touching him.

I also have a snap n' go that I used until my DS grew out of it. This was easy when I wanted to run in and out of my car into stores when my DS was younger.

Now I want to buy a really light weight stroller because it is difficult carrying and lifting the Zippy around since I am pregnant and I have to buy a double stroller.

We have

Snap N Go: Just made it so much easier with the car seat. Light and easy to use.

Graco Travel System: Use this carriage for walks around the neighborhood (minus the car seat part..LOL..he's a bit too big now)

Chicco: Light weight. Easy to manuever and easy to fold up. This one stays in my car at all times.

Duo Glider double stroller: I babysit and use it for that. A little heavy to push, but, manageable.

We have only 1 - the Pliko P3 (I don't really count the Snap n' Go - but we do have one of those).

As of now, I don't see why I would need another ... but I do love buying stuff, so if someone could give me a good reason, maybe I'll buy another one! Chat Icon Chat Icon

Re: Spinoff---how many strollers do you have?

I have the bugaboo, which is by far my greatest investment ever.

I have a maclaren since on my last flight with bugaboo, someone obviously kicked and dragged it. Also, we were heading to disney, I did not want to leave bugaboo out in stroller parking(we were once robbed there)

jogging stroller...Leo felt like the bugaboo was getting too much hard wear and tear while we jogged with it.

double stroller...for babysitting.

Re: Spinoff---how many strollers do you have?

I have a Bug for my "main" and a Maclaren for my umbrella. Maclaren is easier to take for quick trips to the store. Bug is more comfortable if DD will be in it for a while to take a nap (ie trips to the mall, theme parks, walks).

Wow I feel like I need to buy a new stroller (or 3) right now. I have:

- Graco Metrolite. We used this pretty much from the day DS was born (he is 28 months now). The infant car seat pops in and out. Then when we gave up the infant seat, we just used the Metrolite by itself. We still use it today on those rare occasions where DS will sit in it Chat Icon

- $20 cheapie umbrella stroller. Super lightweight and no-frills for trips.

Baby #2 is currently on the way and I think I'm just going to start over with the Metrolite for him/her. DS will NEVER use a stroller by the time the new baby comes, it's only once in a while even now.

Re: Spinoff---how many strollers do you have?

We had the double snap and go... couldn't live w/o it, travel system doesn't make sense for 2. Gave it to another soon-to-be twin mommy.

Front to back GRaco duoglider... received as a shower gift

Side by side McClaren... I bought used at a baby sale for $30.

There are times when a side by side is easier (zoo so they both can see) and times when the front to back makes more sense. I don't have a need for more than two strollers.

three:

Snap n Go from when he was an infant. We don't use it anymore.

Maclaren which we use all the time.

Jogger which is a hand me down that was given to me for free.

We seem ok with what we have although I wouldn't mind another umbrella one so we could have one in each car.
