spinoff to 2 year old mommies

seems like most of us still have a nice long nap mid-day. what do YOU do during those naps? can your dc nap out of the house?

my ds needs complete quiet and darkness to sleep so i'm usually online, playing with the baby if he's up and watching my soaps.

I WANT him to fall asleep at home.

Sometimes I nap with my DH (since he works nights, and I end up staying up late) or I do laundry, play on line, clean up the kitchen, watch crap tv

If it's a working day for me when I'm on the overnights, I sleep. Otherwise I am on LIF, checking email, cleaning up the house, folding laundry, dishwasher, putting straw cups together (All those stupid parts) and sometimes I actually will watch TV.

ETA: He will only sleep at home. (But even now it's not every day. He refused a nap yesterday and just played for an hour in the crib.) I make sure I do everything I need in the morning and know to be home around 1-2pm.

DD has to nap at home, the blinds are open and she pretty much hangs out in her crib for a while before she falls asleep. The chances of the twins napping at the same time as her are slim, so I'm going strong at nap time.

I'm with them on the weekend and while they are napping sometimes I'll try to clean but I usually veg out reading a book or watch TV.

if not, I will relax and watch TV or do the dishes / laundry

she either naps in the stroller or falls asleep if we are out in the car and i transfer her. When she naps i lay down and watch tv. I totally need that relaxing time and dont knwo what I will do when it stops!

Go on LIF or FB (and waste time on bejeweled bltiz )

Now that I am preg, nap myself or at least take advantage of the time to put my feet up

DS if he takes a nap will sleep anywhere but if we are home I will either do house work (laundry, dishes...) or paper work, bills... or sometimes I even watch TV and nap myself (on a RARE occasion though-LOL)

Now that I'm preggo I nap when he naps. I am usually passed out before he is actually. On the days that I don't nap I am on LIF, FB, doing work for some clients, or cleaning the house. It's never enough time though!
