Ipods- to think all of my hs mix tapes are obsolete. I remember loving my disney records when I was little.

I also see that the availability of some foods has changed a lot. I had hamburgers my whole life but I don't know if there was any sushi available on Long Island when I was a kid. There were no Indian restaurants and I don't remember any Thai either.

I went off to college and took a typewriter with me Chat Icon By the time I graduated, the internet was just getting started....

I still have old records (LP's) I had as a child. I also still have my yellow Sony walkman and a ton of cassette tapes. My first car was a 1995 and it had a tape deck.

*we didn't have power steering or windows

*we didn't have fm radio in the car

*we didn't have digital anything!

We made popcorn on the stove with Jiffy Pop until we got a popcorn makerChat Icon

Never had my nails done or eyebrows done as a kid. My dd has both done and she is 12.

Remember carbon paper? I worked in an office and had to use it.

Ditto machine in school. We would smell them after they were run off.

No glue sticks, just paste, that we ate!

Never mind digital cameras, we didn't even get a camera with a flash built in until i was in middle school. Remember those flash cubes.
