I start the tub and get DD undressed. I put her in as it is still filling. I get her washed and hair shampoo'd while it's still filling. By the time it's full, I am just about done. I turn the water off and she gets to play for a little while while I sit next to the tub. I start to let it drain and when it's half empty, I take her out.
ditto I do the exact same thing!

I only do baths with DH or IL's when he's traveling.
I run the bath, get their pj's/towels set up upstairs while they are downstairs in the den. Once the tub is "filled" then we each run one up, undress one and wash one DC each. Two of us are there at all times.
It's also very dangerous to leave buckets of water around as well. Once I'm done cleaning, or if I have to stop, that bucket gets dumped out immediately.

I don't keep water in the tub. I run the water and they play with that.

I usually try to bathe DD when DH is home. One gets her undressed while the other runs the bath.

I undress DS in his room (down to a diaper). Once in the bathroom, I turn the water on. Once it is at the correct temp, I put DS in the bath (obviously taking off his diaper first  ). I let the water run while I wash him. I close the drain when the water is at the right level then let him play for a while. I empty it while he is still n the bath then take him out. He is never in the bathroom while there is water in the tub unless he is in it.
