Besides the others already mentioned I loved the ends of Cheers and Newhart.
I also loved the ending in Twin Peaks

I loved the ending to Lost but my number one choice is and always will be Little House on the Prairie when they blow up the town. Especially when I read that Michael Landon wanted to really blow up the set so no cheesy movies could ever be filmed in "Walnut Grove"

OMG I forgot about that one! I was so sad when they blew the town up.

Definitely Six Feet Under and I've got to say Lost is a close second for me. I loved them both. I never cried so much...

On the flip side.. I never felt so jipped as with the "ER" finale.
