Spinoff to sharing a room

Do your twins share a room? My girls are almost 9 months and HYPER aware of everything lately. We used to put them to bed with ease together but now they're keeping each other up. We had to separate for naps... I'd hate to do it for bedtime too. Sometimes it's just babble, but other times its crying. As soon as one stops, like clockwork the other starts...

What does everyone here do? Will they eventually just get used to each other and fall asleep?

we've been pretty lucky as my DD sleeps like a log and is pretty easy going as a whole which is a nice complement to my DS who is a bit more, cough cough "vocal" (aka screaming to begin every nap). He would on occasion wake her up or make it challenging for her to fall asleep, but just for like 15 minutes. Now that he is a better sleeper, we dont have any issues, or at least less issues! I think they will in time get used to each other, but maybe that is just what happened with us.

If we had them in different rooms, it would be great to be able to grab one after a nap while the other one still sleeps, but it is also really nice to be in one room with a single changing table, toys etc.

My twins were in the same room when they were born because there was only 1 extra bedroom. Now we moved and each of my 3 kids will have their own room but my twins are still together. My son seems to be the heavier sleeper because he has no problem falling asleep while my daughter is making noises and he'll stay asleep if she's up first and playing. They are 2.5 yr now and I plan on keeping them together until they ask to be separated.

first off we have A LOT of white noise going on in their room, but they have learned how to sleep through each other.

My 2.5yo twins share a room and I also recently put my 10 month old in their room. It's weird, the twins rarely wake each other up. But let the baby start crying and the twins are up and asking what's wrong with him and asking us to make him stop!

i had to do the same as you. we moved to nashville and we had to put one of the girls in the pack n play in our closet. they slept at night together with no problem.

i just started putting them in the room tog for naps bc i cant handle having one in my room or closet anymore. so far (2 days) so good. they are aware of the other, but are so tired, they plop down after a few minutes of crying, babbling.
