Spinoff to washing babies clothes?
How about drying them? Do you put them in the dryer or should you let them air dry on a line or a rack?

I put them in the dryer on a low setting. Anything crocheted, I let air dry.

I dry everything! I dry it on low heat with the Toddler Dryer balls from BRU.
