Well just speaking of my dh and I, we were 21 and 23 when we got married, have 2 kids now and have been married for 15 years..so far.........

My parent's got married when my mom was 21 and my dad 23 (to me that's very young). They weren't pregnant until years later, in fact they had the opposite, they had trouble having a child there for a little while. They just celebrated 40 years and still going.
As for marriages when people are thrown together... DH married someone b/c she got pregnant, it lasted 8 months. It was a disaster.

yes, my mom was 19 and my dad was 22. They are still married 46 years later.
