spotting-UPDATE 2
i just left a message for my doctor. Can i have some prayers please that its nothing. I spotted with my DS and had low progesterone, but they just checked my BETA and Progesterine last thurs and sun and they were fine at the time. I am hoping it is not a chemical (i dont think it would be as AF was due sun or mon of this week). I really hope everything is OK
* spoke to my doctor and he said b/c I am so early its a waiting game, they will re-test my levels on Monday AM (if AF doesnt come over the weekend), so by Tuesday i will know if the pregnancy is still viable. I am a little annoyed b/c with my DS i had the spotting and my last doctor right away put me on progesterone supplements. This doctor told me to wait and see, but what if its my progesterone again and those supplements could help this pregnancy as I know it helped my last one. Aughh so frustrating
Update 2: left a message for the doctor and then the nurse called me back and she said that the doctor said my progesterone was excellent on sunday and he said no supplemets right now. I am so disappinted and sad b/c i am still spotting a little this monring as he's not being proative given my history. Well, it really is a waiting game now, but I am not feeling very confident it will end up good

Re: spotting-UPDATE
I'm so sorry. Did you ask him if he would recommend a progesterone supplement and explain that that was the problem last time and that you received it then? Can the progesterone hurt? If it's really bothering you in your gut-I would call again and ask.

Re: spotting-UPDATE
B - Do they know about your progesterone issues with DS? I would call and ask them to just call in a script for progesterone for you. I know the office is closed, but there has to be an on call Dr.

Re: spotting-UPDATE 2
B i really would seek a second opinion given your history. what if you do (god forbid) miscarry and it could have been prevented by a simple supplement??

Thank hon, I was thinking this too, also i have been having light cramping too so I am def worried (although i have had light cramping since the beginning). I am so Pi$$ed that they are being like this. Do I just call any old OB in my area and get a second opinion?

Re: spotting-UPDATE 2
Frankly, I would go to the ER and tell them your story.
Is there a down side to giving progesterone. i.e. too much can harmful? If not, I don't see why the doctor won't just give it to you.
