Hmmm, I haven't had this. Perhaps something is going on in there

I did not have this, but I would call your obgyn and have them check it out.

Re: stabbing pain near c-section site...
13 mos post partum and every once in a while I still get weird pains where my c-section scar is. Sometimes just the scar is sore, but sometimes I will get a pain deep underneath too. As long as it is not prolonged or frequent that I get the pain, I usually don't get worried.
Is it something that happens alot or when you exert yourself?

I get that sometimes also. And it itches a lot too. It doesn't bother me enough to call though.

Re: stabbing pain near c-section site...
it could just be the scare tissue.
I was experience alot of pain with my scar tissue, and actually needed to have some of it removed.
If it is causing you alot of pain call your OB/GYN...there is no harm in checking it out

Re: stabbing pain near c-section site...
I am at 8 months pp too and I just spoke to my obgyn about this at my last appt. on Friday. She said it could be either two things - 1. an ovarian cyst rupture (highly unlikely, but if I wanted to I could have a sonogram done) 2. scar tissue rubbing against organs (this is what it probably is she said) HTH!
