Stairs
I workout 3-4 times a week why is it that when I go up a flight of stairs I am out of breath by the time I reach the top.
Does this happen to anyone?

Yes! All the time. I run 4 times a week and usually over 3 miles yet everyday, when I walk the stairs to work, 2 floors and I am gasping

this happens to me all the time and idk why i'm out of breath! i kind of get annoyed...
i go to the gym 5-6 times a week and run at minimum 4 miles so it doesnt make much sense to me

I run 45 miles a week and still get winded walking up stairs. I once read an article, which stated human bodies are not properly adapted to walk up stairs.
