Lugers is in Great Neck and Williamsburg. You will need a reservation but the food is awesome.
Smith & Wollensky (sp) is another one of my personal favorites! They are located in Manhattan.

Not really a steakhouse, but we love Plataforma Churrascaria. I also second Cite (someone else mentioned it earlier inthe thread)

I have been too Old Homestead, BLT, Mortons, Ruth Chris....none compare

I've been to Smith & Wollensky, Old Homestead, The Palm, Peter Lugers (mainly the one on LI), Wolfgangs, and Strip House. My favorites are Peter Lugers and Old Homestead. They're pretty different, but both are wonderful.
