Still Irregular
Grrrr....My AF is still irregular. It's over 5 months now and every single cycle has been different. Last month my cycle was 27 days! Really?!? My cycle has never been that short in my life. It throws everything off. I don't temp or chart. I just sort of wing it. To me, getting pregnant should be fun and I don't want to make it where I track my every move. It's just so frustrating. I feel like nothing I do is right. Okay vent over.
Is anyone back to their regular pre-miscarriage cycle yet?

Re: Still Irregular
How different are your cycles? by a couple of days? How regular were your pre mc?
I just got my first AF since the miscarriage and it was actually right on schedule but I just wanted to say that my AF is usually off, it ranges from 28-31 days all the time and I don't temp or use any OPKs or anything like that but when I did get PG all I did was track my CM and BD every other day from CD10-CD22 just to be safe! I'm gonna try again once AF is over and pray that I get another BFP.

Re: Still Irregular
My cycle has been 32 days since before I can remember. I was always so regular. Since my m/c I have been 29 days, 31 days, 27 days, 32 days, etc. It is only by a few days each time. But the problem is a few days is a long time when it comes to estimating my fertile time.

Re: Still Irregular
I know how frustrating it can be, my cycles have always been kind of irregular, it's a pain in the butt but try to BD every other day from the days that I mentioned cd10-22, you're sure to O in that window if ur cycles are 27-32 days. If you notice EWCM, BD everyday until you don't see it anymore.
Good Luck, I hope we both get BFPs soon. This is so frustrating

I feel your pain. Prior to my m/c, my cycle was only off by a couple of days each month - it was anywhere from 31-35 days.
Now, I have had 3 cycles since my m/c -35 days, 28 days and 25 days!!!! Now, this current cycle, I think I have ovulated on CD 23!!!! That would make this cycle around 37 days! ***?!?!
We are starting to TTC again next month. I hope I am able to tell when I am fertile! The only good thing is that I do get all of the O signs - EWCM, etc. so that should hopefully help me know when to BD!

I know you don't want to chart or temp but my friend tried for 5 months after her miscarriage and got pregnant the first month she used an OPK. You only have to used them a couple of days and I think they make a big difference.

After this cycle, I think I may start to use OPKs. I am just so hesitant about it. I hope and pray I don't have to go on to another month, but the way things are working out. ugh!

Re: Still Irregular
After my first miscarriage my cycles were all over the place too. It is easier with OPK's. I was getting so tired and worn out BD'ing, Especially when we started on CD 10 every other day, & then 3 days in a row when I thought I was ovulating.... Which wasn;t until CD 21. That just tired me out...but with opk's it really helps to narrow down your most fertile days.
Goodluck!!!
