And did anyone notice the father say on the Today show....about his daughter "would have been happy" they got married......and then said "oh, when we find her we'll have a big party"...
Kinda like he knew she was gone....or that he's JUST THAT STUPID he doesn't know how to talk.....

I saw the show this morning. first off, I feel awful for the dad. I really think he has NOTHING to do with it.
second. The "wife" is dumb as a nail. I mean, real bumpkin. Im not believing her 100%. Something is fishy. I dont care what tests she passed.

Well, isn't there a law about husband's and wives not having to testify against one another, or something like that? My first thought was that they got married so he didn't have to tell what he knew.

I'm pretty sure they would have had to be married when the crime occurred, for that to be true. Because the conversations that would have implicated her would have occurred before the marriage, and therefore are not protected.

im sorry if my child was missing, The last thing i would do is get married. i would be searching for my child day and night.
YES!!!! I would not be able to friggen eat - and they are partying, stuffing wedding cake in each other's mouths??????
If my child was missing, I would be walking every inch of this planet looking for him. I would make NO time for anyone else.
Something is very fishy here!!!!

Yep and I also noticed a few times when the "wife" was talking to the media when she first got engaged saying "Haliegh WOULD HAVE wanted this". I was like . Something is not right and this girl knows what happened. They got thier license (after the girls mom signed for it and agreed) then waited the alottled 3 days then got hitched. Either she is preggers or it is for testifying purposes.
Also the family of Halieghs biological mom is not too happy with the marriage move. They said "it is not the time nor place for that. We have to find a little girl."
