Stress Fracture on top of foot?
I have to make an appointment with the Doctor because the top of my foot really hurts. I have been working out alot and finally am starting to see real results on my weight loss and now this. I am so afraid the Dr is going to say I can't work out for 6 weeks or so. Anyone have any experience with this?

I have a friend who gets a lot of stress fractures (in her feet) and she's an ultramarathoner (50K to 50 mile races!  )
While she can't run - there are a lot of cardio machines that you can still use.

I have patellar tendonitis and I haven't been able to work out for the last 3 months. Its really frustrating b/c I was in the best shape of my life when it happened. I'm tired and unmotivated all the time where as when I was working out and I was working out HARD, I felt great!
You can still do the elliptical with a stress fracture.

Yes, I had a stress fracture from doing too much working out too soon. I was in a boot & no working out for 6 weeks (also when my twins were 7 months old - that was fun).
