Stroller Strides
Has anyone done this at the broadway mall? Did you like it?

I just saw them this morning passing by.
There were laying on the floor on mats in the middle of the isle with strollers everywhere.
There is no way I would workout on the floor of a mall doing crunches with a bunch of strangers passing by.

I think it's an awesome concept for the warmer weather to go walking with a bunch of moms, but I too would never work out in front of mall full of strangers...I have enough trouble working out alone in my house with all the blinds closed!

I am a member of stroller strides at the broadway mall. (I was not there this week though)
I love it! It gets me moving with a great group of women. I don't love working out at the mall (I can't wait until the weather is warmer so we are at the park) but it beats sitting on my butt all morning! I try not to make eye contact with the people shopping and pretend that if I don't see them, they don't see me! I also figure it's not like I am lying on the floor by myself - safety in numbers! I think it's great that I can workout with my baby and not have to leave him with a stranger to take care of him at the gym. He enjoys it as well.
