such bad heartburn all weekend...
and I have no clue what to eat for dinner.. I am afraid that everything will aggravate it more.
Might have to just have some fro yo for dinner again-- the only thing that makes me feel ok.
I hate this-- this stupid heartburn comes and goes-- but when it's coming, man...

baked potatoes always went down ok for me with heartburn
Also, you can take Zantac - it works wonders!

I take Zantac 75 tablets. You can take them 2x per day if needed. With my first pg I took them every day, and they worked like a charm!

i suffered from heartburn for the very frst time in my life on saturday!
ugh! it was the worst feeling.. i hope it never happens again.
i didnt take anything but if i were to get it continually i would prob. start taking tums or something to that affect

Me too!! Sometimes I have to take one in the morning and one in the evening before bed so I can sleep through the night. Pepcid has been my lifesaver!

My doctor said I could take Zantac 75 twice per day. My heartburn has surprisingly gotten better over the past several weeks, but when it was really bad, Zantac helped tremendously. Feel better.
