Suffolk County- Open Stores/Restaurants
Can we post a list here?
Tanger outlet Deer Park is open. Johnny Rockets is serving.
Has anyone been up by Toys R Us in Commack? We have a birthday party this weekend.....I think.
Mayfair Shopping Center area? Emilio's? My whole area has zero power.

TRU in Commack had no pwer as of yesterday. They were escorting customers into the store but you had to tell them what you were there to get and they would bring you only to get that item.
Target in Commack had limited power and was definitely open!!!!
We saw a lot of places open on 110 or Hempsteaf Turnpike in Farmingdale.

Suffolk County- Open Stores/Restaurants
The shopping center in Commack with Macys, Micheals, Greek Village, Bagel Chalet, etc was open when we drove by last night

Just called Bertuccis in Hauppauge on Motor.
They are open and they say they aren't too busy either.

Shoprite in Selden is open. BJs in Setauket is open. Friendly's in Coram on 112 is open.

Villa Grazia (pizza) in Centereach is open. Wait time was about and hour and 15 minutes for pick up last night. Not sure about delivery.

Tanger in Riverhead is partially open. Tanger 1 is open until 5pm and Tanger 2 is still closed. Even though Tanger 1 is open, several stores in that part are not open.

Ciro's in Kings Park is open just ate there. Actually, most of the shopping centers in KP have power. Target in Setauket is open. Branchinellis on 111 in Hauppauge is also open.

Mannino's in Smithtown - OPEN but cash only. It is also an abbreviated menu - all their pizzas, all varieties, salads, soups (and they were TO DIE FOR delicious), chicken parm hero, eggplant parm hero, stuff like that.
Gino's in Nesconset - OPEN but cash only - they have their entire menu available.
Akropolis in Nesconset - or "The Greeks" as we call it - great food, up and running like normal, all payment forms, full menu
Buena Sera in Smithtown - fully open, full menu, and I wasn't there but someone told me that they take all payment methods.
Uncle Guiseppe's is fully open, has been pretty much the whole time, all payment methods, for all sorts of groceries and such

Posting from my iPhone still no power. But I had to reply to this. Even if restaurants are open how can you trust their food if they lost power too? And how can you trust that the deliveries they get were properly refrigerated, with all of this chaos? I certainly don't trust anything right now!
