Summer Bucket List
I am making a list of "must-do" kinds of things to do with the kids this summer. They don't have to cost money, they are just fun things I want to do with the kids that are different and memorable.
Here's what I have so far... add some so I can steal ideas!
- play minigolf at night
- go out for ice cream
- go for a walk
- visit the beach
- go to a car show

What a great idea!
Here are some...
-get ice cream from the ice cream man
-go to a carnival
-go camping
-sleepover on new boat
-walks on the boardwalk
-catch fireflies
-go fishing
-go hiking
-jump in puddles
-dance in the rain
-watch a thunderstorm on our porch
I will think of some more too!

these are things I want to do:
go to a Ducks game
go see fireworks
ralphs on a hot summer night
BBQ with the kids on our patio

Set up the telescope and star gaze
Swim in the pool after dark
Camp out in the backyard
Make s'mores
Set up an obstacle course in the yard for the kids
Set up some science experiments for the outdoor sand/water table (sink & float, build a boat, etc)
Enjoy free bowling at AMF all summer (kids bowl free if you sign up)

camp out in the backyard
day trip to montauk
go to a free concert in central park
make an indoor fort on a rainy day
go to the beach
go to a carnival (mmm deep fried oreos)
lots and lots of museums
he's already been to plenty of car shows but we will definitely do more (we usually go to bellmore car show every friday when the weather is nice)
