Summer Handheld Monitor Question
Can you purchase only the handheld device and not the camera? Its on the outs, but the camera is fine. I am hoping you can for half the price!

If you call their customer service im sure you can. I called to get a replacement battery and they were super helpful.

Call Summer and tell them the problem you're having. They should be able to sell you a replacement.

our monitor (not camera) cr@pped out the other day  after only 10 months
i just sprang for a new one. i didnt even think of calling them

ugh, dont get me started on Summer
We have the best view. the video stopped after 2 weeks, TWO WEEKS!
i called and they said they would replace it overnight  SUPER! I waitied 10 days, never got it. I called and they said their RI warehouse was out of stock  but at my request, they can have one ground delivered from CA. UMMMM yes! Why did I have to call back for them to send one from CA and why can they deliver it overnight from RI but not CA? I got total attitude over the whole situation and filed a complaint with the BBB. Three weeks after the original call, I got a new monitor
