Superbowl Menu
What's on your Superbowl menu? I need ideas! I'm having 12 people and thinking:
turkey chili
chips/salsa/guac
pigs in blanket
buffalo wings
veggie tray
mini pizzas
taco dip
cookies

We have a very similar menu
Hot wings
Chips, Dips and Salsa
Shrimp and cocktail sauce
Spinach Dip in a bread bowl
cheese, pepperoni and crackers
pigs in a blanket
We usually do a hero or mini bagel sandwiches and side salads druing halftime.

Jack Daniels chicken strips (TGIF recipe)
eggrolls
mexican dip
buffalo wings
bacon wrapped pineapple
potato skins
Do you think I need to serve a "main dish" in addition to all that? We're having 10-12 people.

OMG my MIL has some menu going:
-a wide variety of chips with all diff types of dip
-pigs in a blanket
-two heroes (4 feet) italian & american
-shrimp platter
-a huge antipasto platter
-tons of wings (mild & hot)
-spinach dip in a bread bowl
-a cheese and meat platter
-prosciutto wrapped breadsticks
-stuffed mushrooms
-baked brie en crute
-baked ziti platter
-lasagna platter
-beer meatballs aka "beer balls"
-veggie platter
-rice balls
-mozzarella sticks
-spinach balls
and i'm sure i'm forgetting stuff
then for dessert i made:
-40 chocolate dipped strawberries - some are plain chocolate, some are white chocolate, some are dipped in chocolate and then chopped walnuts, coconut flakes, slivered almonds, etc. i also drizzled white chocolate on some of the milk chocolate ones and vice-versa -- i put them on a nice tower platter that i have.
-two dozen double fudge smore brownies (a special recipe)
-two dozen regular fudge brownies
-two dozen chocolate chip cookies made from scratch
